How Soon Will My Order Ship?
We ship orders Monday through Saturday. Since we make our nut butters in small batches, shipping times may vary depending on whether the flavor you ordered is in stock. We appreciate your patience as we ensure you receive the freshest product possible.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We are not responsible for orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please monitor your tracking number to ensure someone is available to receive your package.
Why Isn’t My Tracking Updating?
Tracking updates are not always immediate. Carriers may experience delays in updating tracking locations, but rest assured, your nut butter is still in transit and likely further along than it appears.
What If I Entered the Wrong Address?
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please email us at info@sequoianutbutter.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Can I Add a Gift Message?
Yes! Use the “note” section at checkout to include a message for the recipient. If you forget to add a note, email us at info@sequoianutbutter.com, and we’ll do our best to include it before your order ships.
Will Prices Be Shown in the Package?
No, our packing slips do not include prices or payment details.
Can I Schedule a Future Delivery?
While we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but we will try! If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance with a note of when you need the order by to account for production time and any potential shipping delays.
